Terms and Conditions
The purchaser, recipient of a loaned item, or user of any product(s) distributed, sold, loaned, or manufactured by Good Vibrations Auto Salon DBA GV Autosport (from here on out referred to as GVA) is responsible for proper installation and use of all products. Altering any motor vehicle from its stock configuration can be dangerous and/or cause failure. By purchasing or using any product(s) distributed, sold, or manufactured by GVA the purchaser or user is agreeing that the purchaser or user either has the expertise to properly install, set, and operate the product(s), or will obtain competent professional installation services and expertise permitting proper use at their own expense. No guarantee is implied in regards to fitment or application of any product(s).
GVA, any entity associated with GVA, the manufacturers of products sold by GVA, and retailers and/or distributors of products provided by GVA are not liable for any damages or injury that may arise, either directly or indirectly, from installation or use of the products offered for sale by GVA. The purchaser or user of any product(s) distributed, sold, or manufactured by GVA assumes all risks related to and/or arising from the ownership or use of said products and agrees to indemnify and hold GVA harmless from any and all claims brought to any person or entity against GVA related to and/or arising from ownership and/or use of said products.
Some products may not be lawful for use on public roadways. No warranty is made or implied regarding the legality of offered products when they are installed in a motor vehicle in any particular state, province, or municipality. It is the users responsibility to determine the legality of any automotive alterations made in connection to products made by, obtained form, or distributed by GVA. Federal and many state laws prohibit the removal, modification, or rendering inoperable of any device or element of design affecting vehicle emission or safety in a vehicle used on public roadways. Violation of such laws may subject the owner or user to a fine or penalty. Vehicles modified by the use of performance parts may no longer be lawfully used on public roadways. Modification of a vehicle in any way may void the warranty coverage, if any, on a motor vehicle.
Warranty Information
The purchaser or user must place any requests for warranty service and/or technical support by contacting the manufacturer(s) directly. GVA implies no warranty initially or in addition to the manufacturers warranty.
Shipping and Handling
Shipping charges are based on actual dimensions and weight and calculated UPS current pricing structure. Although we try our best to accurately price each item there are some rare instances in which oversized/overweight orders may incur additional shipping charges. In these cases we will notify you before your order is processed via email or telephone.
GVA is not responsible for products lost or damaged during the shipping process. Please contact the shipping company to file a claim or for additional information.
Return Policy
All returns are at the discretion of GVA and may be subject to up to a 20% restocking fee. Special order and electronic items cannot be returned under any circumstance. For warranty information please contact the products manufacturer.
Misrepresentation
GVA attempts to accurately represent all products it distributes, sells, or manufactures and is not responsible for any typographical errors or unintentional misrepresentation.
